Aozon R&D Center was established in 2011, after nearly 10 years of development, it has now established a scientific research platform with a comprehensive system of adhesive material analysis, process technology development and new product research and development. In 2019, it was honored with Guangdong New Adhesive Material Engineering Technology Research Center.

The R&D center has two technology groups: new technology platform development and new product development. For the innovative research and new product development of pressure-sensitive adhesive / hot-melt adhesive /PUR/ silica gel and other products, a stable product platform has been formed. Aozon has invested to build a leading new material testing/analysis and glue research laboratory in China, with a total area of up to 300 m?.

In terms of industry university research cooperation, Aozon Laboratory has established a long-term cooperative relationship with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Forestry University, Hanshan Normal University and other scientific research institutes to ensure the company's R & D strength in new technology and new products.

Aozon Manufacturing

Aozon is comprised of two production bases: Dongguan & Nanxiong Shaoguan base. Both production bases are equipped with thousand level & ten thousand level dust-free workshops.

Dongguan base is equipped with 5 high-end large-scale coating lines, 4 automatic slitting machines and 1 test line. The highest speed of the coater reaches 100m / min.

Nanxiong Shaoguan base is planned to cover a total area of 33 acres, which has been put into construction since Sep. 2019. It is a professional chemical park, mainly producing adhesive and tape (the base is now under construction and equipment installation)
